Once a booking has been successfully made and payment has been completed, the booking is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. However, we understand that certain situations may be beyond anyone’s control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as rain, storms, or government-imposed restrictions or regulations that prevent the facility from operating as usual, Sportify will offer the option to reschedule your booking to another available date and time.
